Über die irsinnigen Preise der Menus in einigen Restaurants der Molekulargastronomie muss man sich nicht wirklich ärgern.

Der Warenwert für den Restaurantbesuch liegt so astronomisch über dem "wahren" Wert, daß es schon absurd ist. Bezahlen die Gäste dort doch eher für die geringe Verfügbarkeit, Exkusivität und die Show, als für Essen und Service.
Vielleicht wird es mir in den nächsten Monat gelingen zu zeigen, daß sich vieles von den Kunststücken auch am heimischen Herd mittels minimalem "chemischem" und finanziellem Aufwand reproduzieren läßt.

I would not mind doing some transatlantic projects especially if it means working with another MolGas enthusiast.
